Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To proceed with the order cancellation:
- Log in to your techbuydubai.com account.
- Navigate to "Orders Tab" and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Order" and provide a valid reason.
Customers must report any issues related to defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
If the item is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund.
Cancellation Fees
No cancellation fees apply for most payment methods unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Additional services such as gift wrapping, expedited shipping, or special packaging cannot be canceled once the order has been processed for dispatch.
- Items listed as 'Non-Refundable' or 'Final Sale' are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
Returns Policy
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Most products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Unopened & Sealed
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all manufacturer seals intact.
Defective/Damaged
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Defective products must be inspected and validated by an authorized service center before a refund or exchange is processed.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a wrong or mismatched product, notify us immediately for resolution.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival:
- Open or Used Products: Any product with a broken seal, missing accessories, or signs of use.
- Category-Specific Exclusions:
- Software licenses, printer cartridges, toners, and consumables.
- Downloadable Content and all digital products (games, software, activation codes) cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned once purchased.
- Pre-assembled PCs and custom-built systems.
- Mobile phones, tablets, or any device with an activated IMEI/Serial Number.
- "On Request" Items: Products marked as "On Request" at the time of purchase.
- Missing Documentation: All returns require the original invoice and warranty card (where applicable).
- Items listed as 'Non-Refundable' or 'Final Sale' are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
Return Process & Instructions
Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your account. Navigate to "Order History" and select the order you wish to return. Click "Request Return" and provide a valid reason.
Return Approval & Validation
Our Returns Team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a courier pickup (where applicable) or provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Paid Return Shipping
If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or buyer's remorse, the customer bears all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes (where applicable).
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only if the returned product is:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice and warranty card (where applicable).
Refund Processing Time & Methods
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- All refunds will be done on the original mode of Payment used at the time of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within (7 to 14 business days) depending on the issuing bank while bank account refunds typically take (3-7 business days).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (customer's choice).
- Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL): Refund will be processed through the BNPL provider as per their policy (e.g., Tabby, Tamara).
Refund Deductions & Fees
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product is missing accessories, damaged, or not in original condition, a partial refund will be issued after deducting applicable fees.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (where applicable).
- Shipping & Handling Charges: Original shipping fees and any third-party payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery for:
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Replacement Conditions

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

- Remove All Passwords & Locks – Disable Find My iPhone (Apple), Factory Reset (Android), or BIOS passwords (laptops).
- Wipe All Personal Data – Perform a full factory reset to erase all content.
Policy Misuse
Customers found abusing the return policy (excessive returns, false claims, or frequent cancellations) may face:
