- Abu Dhabi: 2-3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2-4 business days
No, deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
- Standard Delivery (UAE): AED 8.99 (free for orders above AED 100) – 1-2 working days
- Dubai Same Day Super Express: AED 13.99 (free for orders above AED 250) – 1-6 hours
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking details. Monitor your shipment through the service provider's tracking system. If your order doesn't arrive by the estimated date, we'll contact you with a status update.
If you're unavailable, we'll consider any adult present at the address authorized to accept the order. If no one is available, we'll secure the package and contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
