Do you deliver on public holidays?
No, deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
Is same-day delivery available on all orders?
Same-day delivery is not available on all orders it’s only offered in Dubai as the Dubai Same Day Super Express service, is subject to order size and weight limits, must be placed before 3:00 PM, and may require confirmation from our team in certain cases.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, we will consider any adult present at the address authorized to accept the order on your behalf. If no one is available, we will ensure the package remains secure and contact you to arrange a convenient alternative delivery time (Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts).
