• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• If your order does not arrive at the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a status update.
• Delays of 1-2 days may occur if the requested item is out of stock.
• Payment Confirmation Timing: You will receive payment confirmation via email immediately after the transaction is completed successfully on our website.
• For digital or subscription-based services, payment confirmation will also be sent to the customer via email immediately after the transaction is completed successfully on our website.

Delivery Address Authorization

• Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery address, TechBuyDubai.com will consider any adult present authorized to accept the order on your behalf.

2. Dubai Same Day Super Express Delivery

• Duration: 1-6 hours
• Requirements:
  • Orders must fit in a bike box (50×50 cm and weigh up to 8 kg).
  • Orders must be placed before 3 PM.
  • Same-day delivery requires confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or Email.

3. International Shipping (GCC Countries)

• • DHL (Express): 3-5 days (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar)
  • SMSA (Economy): 4-9 days (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar)
  • Best Line (Express): 2-3 days (Oman Only)
• Shipping Rates: Calculated based on the number of items and weight. Details are available at checkout.
• Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other third-party charges, which are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee). We recommend checking your local customs regulations to understand any applicable fees before placing an order.
